Rare Salf777 Posted April 11, 2018 #1 Share Posted April 11, 2018 Hi, Wondering if anyone can shed some light here. We have our first MSC Cruise booked for December of this year in the Yacht Club. We keep receiving emails from them saying book excursions and all that now and save money. We log into the site and there are no excursions listed. When we click on where it says enter your booking number to see all available excursions, nothing! Than go by each port of call to search for excursions and Nothing! I tried calling MSC and was on hold for 48 minutes and had to hang up couldnt wait any longer. Has anyone else experienced any of these issues with MSC? Why send emails to book things when they arent available? Email goes automatic not only for excursion but for food, drinks ect.
