Shoeshine on Constellation?

Is this available? I presume it would be and would prefer not to lug that stuff with me but also don't want to be caught offguard.

I have had my shoes shined while on the Summit. I was in a suite, so I don't know if it's only available to suites.

We're in a plain old Ocean View so I'm still keen to know if anyone does. Part of me thinks there should be, since it's a "luxury" experience but a part of me thinks that is defined differently in different circumstances.
