It was my pleasure to welcome you aboard!!!

Captain Carnival,

I sailed in February on the Miracle and I had FTTF. We received our luggage when everybody else did. My question for you - was I supposed to tell the porter (at valet parking) that I had FTTF and was he supposed to "tag" our bag - someone said a sticker is supposed to be attached???? It was marked with the FTTF but it did not stand out. We are sailing the Miracle again in November with FTTF - just want to know to tell or ask the porter (at valet parking). Thanks so much!

You definitely have to tell the stevedore if you have FTTF, they put an extra tag on to ID FTTF bags so they are expidited to your room.

I had intended to do a daily review while we were sailing but to answer one of your questions the internet was very slow(I had the intermediate pkge) and while I could get Facebook it was too slow or overloaded to Facetime and forget about posting any pictures. I would not purchase that pkge again I could text but that was about it. Oh well, on a positive note the $5 for the cruise Carnival Hub app was well worth the money and was a very useful tool when trying to find my cruise partners on the ship. I recommend it, there was lots of info and you could track your account it updated pretty quickly so you knew where you were at money wise and it listed cruise activities it was like having a copy of "funtimes" in your pocket. I'm gonna take a break, next up The food venues.

  • 2 weeks later...

Just off the Paradise. YES Kraken was playing outside of the casino and yes, they were really good. We LOVED guys burgers, missed having the stirfry station at the pool, and loved the new slides. The bureau drawers were replaced with the mini fridge and we were dissapointed there were no drawers to put our undies in and such. We couldnt understand why there was no burea drawers put in the large empty space in the corner of the room. The kitty cornered shelf under the tv was gone so we had no place to put stuff. We thought a couple of chairs or a small loveseat or bureau would have filled that large space. We noticed walking by a suite that there were 2 chairs in that big space. We asked for a couple of chairs so we didnt have to always be in bed when sitting, but our steward said we already had a chair, and pointed to the stool under the desk! Never did get any chairs. We thought the 3 shows we saw were outstanding.( 80's to the max, a Latin Show, and yes EPIC ROCK! ) The food and entertainment was better than ever including the comedy shows.
