Princess Cruises Tote Bag (not the free one they give away)

Hi looking at ordering the Princess Tote Bag for our next cruise. Does this bag expand? I seem to recall that the one they sell at the gift shop expands to a full size bag that can be checked in. Or is this one different from the one they sell on board because this one seems that you cannot expand it at all. Any information on this will be appreciated. I am attaching a picture if it helps. If this is the Princess roll-a-board, yes it expands.

We bought this tote bag for $35, on board. It has a handle that pulls up and is a rolling tote and it holds a lot. The website says it fits in bin on your airplane. But it’s too large by American Airlines standards for a carryon so we’ll use it for local road trips. If someone has used it on AA, please let me know. Thanks.
