8AM. I think it's the same throughout the entire Carnival fleet.

I disembarked Fascination on Apr 22 and they made many announcements that morning that everyone must vacate their cabins by 8:30am.

In port in Barbados I did not hear any announcements. Perhaps they leave written instructions in the cabin for those passengers disembarking in Barbados. It was a fantastic cruise. I hope you enjoy it.

Yes, but you may be spared the loudspeakers. The steward will probably just keep knocking on your door. They need to get in there and replace sheets, etc.

 

You can probably stay on the ship until 10 am but need to leave the cabin earlier.
