Weekly thermal pass

Allure Of The Sea...July 22nd.....has any one tried to book the thermal weekly pass...unable to book, thru the cruise planner...checked with rccl, no help, unable to tell me if it has been sold out, or will have to book on board..

:mad:I have experienced the same problem (plus several others... my favorite is bad request!!) The thermal suite appears on my cruise planner but when I go to purchase... it tells me I can't purchase now... I'll have to do it onboard. Which I find ridiculous because we don't sail until December 2018. If it's too early to book take the @$#& thing off the planner. This is my first cruise with RCCL and if the cruise is anything like there webpage it will be my last.
