What I forgot was, some of my onboard credit was used to pay for the original transaction. Did I loose that amount or will my onboard amount that was 'refunded' show up in my account? Thanks, Mike The onboard credit that you used for the original transaction should have appeared back on your Cruise Planner as soon as you cancelled the original purchase. Of course, I tried to verify just now and I can't get into Cruise Planner. Such is life in the RCL website...if it doesn't show up, I guess I will have to call.
