Indianapolis Colts / Enchantment of the Seas

Recommended Posts

Lost at home to the Colts. Yes. Defense had about 80 players on the injured list. Defense is healthy now and ready to go. Shut down teams with ease (until this week when they rested everyone) and held them to 10 points over the previous 3 weeks. I see the Pats winning another Superbowl. Hey, we'll even have Flutie drop kick to spice it up and make it interesting.

GO PATS!!!!

Sorry Indy fans, but New England is back healthy and tasting their 3rd win in a row!

You will be able to watch the playoff games in either the sports bar or your cabin. We were on the Mariner member cruise 2 years ago when the Pats beat the Colts for the division championship. It was cool seeing all the Patriot shirts (6 of us even had our embarkation pic taken in Pats jerseys)

This year we are cruising Mon-Sat, at home right in time for the super bowl!!

GO PATS!!!!

Yes it is in the casino, but there are only maybe 5 seats at the "bar", with 4 tvs.

When we were on enchantment in late aug/ early sept this year on a NE sailing out of Boston, we were disappointed that they did not have that week's Pats game on.

Maybe since it's playoff time, they will have the coverage.

Yes, they will have them. We actually watched the Steelers/Pats game last year in our room and then watched the end in the casino while waiting for the dining room to open for dinner. They will have all the playoff games onboard.

David,

I hadn't missed a game this year and was just sick thinking I was going to miss the Colts/Jags game in December.

We were at sea the day they were playing-nowhere near any land whatsoever.

We just happened to go back to our cabin and flip on the TV on a whim. They broadcast the Colts/Jags game on our in room TV. We were on a Western Caribbean way out there going past Cuba.

They can't promise you that it will be on TV.

But I would check your TV. I would be willing to bet dollars to donuts that you'll get to watch the game in your room.

Enjoy the game and wear your blue!!!

Wild card weekend will be fun as well. It's too bad NE threw their game so that they didn't have to play the Steelers. Oh yeah...I meant to say they rested their starters ;)...exactly what they've been criticizing us for the last 3 games...:D

We always watch the Cleveland Cavs play on the big screen in the Viking Crown Lounge, nice thing is when they are not playing to hot you have a great view out the windows.

As far as NCAA hoops Razorbacks all the way! I grew up a Hoosier (Bloomfield) but it's just not the same with Bobby Knight gone.

I don't do football but I would have to go Colts being an ex-Hoosier and my brother doesn't miss a game up there in the Circle City

Seeing how I am myself a Colts Fan (and proud of it) from Indiana I have to tell all of you that with everything that team has been through the past couple of weeks with Coach's son they have done very well. The team won New Years day and only played there 2nd string players. They have a reason to win this year and they will get it done. And to one of the poster that made the comment about how loud it is in the Dome well you can't believe how loud those fans are. I know been there done that. It is AWESOME!!!!!!! Also to all of you Pat's fans. If you can't beat us on your own turf do you REALLY think you will on ours????? All I can say is "Good Luck with that!!!!!"

My only hope is that I get to see them while they ARE at the Super Bowl this year as I will be sailing away from Miami on the Valor that day.

GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!

Lewdog,

You sound like my hubby!!! My hubby graduated from IU and HATES Mike Davis!!! He complains about him constantly! He is really torn about them winning this year. On one hand he wants IU to win...on the other hand he wants them to lose so Davis gets sacked.

He still has delusions of grandeur that Knight will somehow miraculously return to IU someday.

Me. I say, what the heck is basketball?

I'm a former transplantled Pittsburgh girl and we didn't have any of that stupid basketball stuff there! (but I've been a Colts fan for the last 21 years since we moved-and the Colts snuck here in the middle of the night the year after we moved here)

Tell hubby I feel his pain. It has happened to me twice now, losing a favorite coach. I live in Arkansas now and we lost Nolan Richardson a few years back after he took the Razorbacks to a NCAA Championship.

I loved Bobby Knight, I just have to admire anyone that got away with things he did for so long. But they won some basketball!

I remember once in high school our marching band was in some parade there in Bloomington, we gathered in the old field house. The team and coach were in some room were we couldn't see them, didn't matter though 'cause we could sure hear Coach Knight!

All you Indy fans, it seems you are proud of the team that won Jan.1,2006 with only their 2nd string Yes us Pats fans are proud too. BTW who was it you played oh yes Arizona mighty proud.Just a few quick notes We can't remember if at all the last time our coach made a mistake,2nd no team has beaten A Bill Belichek team twice in the same year,3rd Tom Brady has never lost a post season game ,4th Tom Brady has never lost on turf.Oh yes we do think we can win on your turf but it might not be fair because if by chance Indy plays Pittsburg and wins Indy will be hurting .because Pittsburg is hungry. I don't understand why Indy didn't want to send a message to seattle when they played them a couple of weeks ago, also is everyone proud of Cinncinati they won the division yes we are mighty proud of you guys you won the division then you laid down ummm when was the last team to go deep in the playoffs on a 2 or 3 game losing streak. just a quick question to whom ever does anyone think that the Pats could not of won the Miami game if they wanted it.

is everyone proud of Cinncinati it.

YES we are proud here in Cincinnati. After 15 years of losing seasons, we are happy to just be in the playoffs. Even if we go no further, it has been a great season. WHO DEY

Not to mention, some of the best cheerleaders in the NFL.

Ok it is time for some good ole fashion revenge.. PITTSBURGH style.

I will be in the sports bar on Voyager enjoying it :)

Even if Pittsburgh looses (which they are not going to), I think I can handle the loss much better on the Voyager, then at home. :)
