2 activities on 1 day... cutting it fine?

Hello

We'll be on Oasis of the Seas, visiting Cozumel on 5 October.

We're very keen to do the Amazing Race there and they have given us a meet up time of 11:15. The problem is that my daughter also really wants to swim with dolphins. We were going to do this in Falmouth but the reviews are not looking good there, whereas Cozumel looks better. Dolphinaris has a first swim time of 9am.

Ship arrival time is 7am.

Is it possible to disembark and make it there in time for that?

And then the swim is only 1 hour. Is it reasonable to get from Dolphinaris to the start of the Amazing Race before 11? (I'm not sure where that is or how traffic is in Cozumel).

Any suggestions will be appreciated!

IMO, that’s way too much in one day. We have done both the Amazing Race and swam with the dolphins (on different days) and I can’t imagine doing both excursions the same day.
