Royal website continues to be down, what’s up?

Aboard Adventure this week. Every time I try to log on I get the same message, “Unable to complete your request at this time, please try again later” it doesent matter if Im on my Ipad, ships computer, my minutes or free link, nothing works. Has anyone else experienced this?

No problem here. Working fine.

Must be something specific the ship access.

 

Make sure you are using royalcaribbean.com. I know that the ship access has problems with rccl.com.

when I try to search Alaska cruises for this August. I get:

We've circled the globe

and couldn't find any sailings that match your search.

Remove individual filters above or clear all filters.

 

I certainly hope they are still sailing there in August, because I sent them a ton of money a few days ago! :-)
