DeeDee316 Posted June 7, 2018 #4 Share Posted June 7, 2018 Had same issue last week. My account was locked for some reason, and so was my niece's (linked to my booking). Had to call. They tried to tell me it was because I didn't log out of another session on a different device.. except I had only used my one device to log in. Either way, it worked after I called.
