Never had a problem. But, just in case, bring your confirmation(s) with you when you sail

I was able to use mine pre-cruise in my Cruise Planner. Easy Peasy.

They post OBC from Visa points in order of sailing date. So if your cruise is far in the future, it could be many weeks before the OBC shows up.
