LCTXcruiser Posted June 10, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 10, 2018 Hello fellow travelers! I will be turning platinum on our upcoming cruise but my husband is still gold (he's short by 4 days). when it comes to early boarding, priority tender, etc., will he be able to come with me? If not, I can't very well leave him behind! If anyone has any clarity on this, please let me know. Thanks!
firemanbobswife Posted June 10, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 10, 2018 Yes he can board with you if he’s in the same cabin and also yes to the tenders.
DB2VA Posted June 10, 2018 #3 Share Posted June 10, 2018 Yes, if anyone in the cabin is platinum, they get the same benefits that you listed.

If not, I can't very well leave him behind! If anyone has any clarity on this, please let me know. Thanks! I became Platinum three cruises before my husband. (Back in the day when levels were based on cruises sailed, not days sailed.) Since we shared a cabin, he checked in at the VIP lounge with me and we waited there to embark together. He did not receive any other Platinum benefit. Regarding tenders, each Diamond, Platinum, and FTTF passenger is allowed to bring five other passengers, regardless of level.
