zydecocruiser Posted January 5, 2006 Author #26 Share Posted January 5, 2006 A luxury hotel... There were assorted payphones, but I doubt any were bargains... The beach area in town seemed narrow and crowded to me
zydecocruiser Posted January 5, 2006 Author #27 Share Posted January 5, 2006 Onto the snorkel adventure - it was perhaps a 10 minute cruise from Tequila Beach to the snorkel reef. We spent an hour - perhaps a little more - snorkeling. Not the best nor the worst I have ever done. And for $15 what could I expect ?? But there was life to be seen. And the snorkel guide fish would pointout interesting stuff...

zydecocruiser Posted January 5, 2006 Author #33 Share Posted January 5, 2006 Fast forward (very fast via 2 buck taxis - they have to make it up in volume...) Didn't see this on my way out.. Didn't see these anywhere - but knew they should be available - I guess all were gone when I got there the first time... Prices seem to be higher than I had heard - on it could just be extra special Christmas time gouging ? Might as well head back to the ship... zydecocruiser Posted January 5, 2006 Author #34 Share Posted January 5, 2006 But pause to check out one of the artists ($20 a pop as I recall) good show, though... what does it turn out to be? I'll never tell...

zydecocruiser Posted January 13, 2006 Author #42 Share Posted January 13, 2006 It's a Canon s1 is, waterproof case, and photoshop elements. Off and on, I am getting the infamous e18 error, however.
klugh Posted January 13, 2006 #43 Share Posted January 13, 2006 May I ask where that pool was in that wonderful picture? It looks like it might be my day there. Thanks Deb
zydecocruiser Posted January 13, 2006 Author #44 Share Posted January 13, 2006 Assuming you don't mean the aft pool on the Grand, it is the pool right at the "village" where the cruise ships dock. Lots of people never leave the area. http://www.locogringo.com/maps/tour/P1010121a-t.html

zydecocruiser Posted January 17, 2006 Author #48 Share Posted January 17, 2006 Pool is free. Think they are all salt water. Suspect just about everything else (like restaurant, etc.) is overpriced.
