I think I have read that St. Thomas and St. Martin are both 1 hour ahead of Ship time. Does the Caribbean Princess have you change your watch, or do we stay on ship-time the whole trip.

If we stay on ship-time, does anybody know if Sonny Liston goes by local time or ship-time?

Thanks!

St. Thomas and St. Martin are one hour ahead of Florida time.

The Caribbean Princess sets her clocks forward by one hour @ 2am Monday morning, and you gain the hour back @ 2am Thursday morning.

Sorry gang, answered this thread from memory while at the office...

I'm now looking at my Patters from Last Week's Christmas Cruise.

All right, the Caribbean Princess sets her clocks ahead one hour at 2am Monday morning. She sets her clocks back one hour at 2am on Friday morning.

Thus, the ship's time will be the local time while in port!

As St. Thomas and St. Maarten do not observe time changes for daylight savings, during the summer months they are on the same time as Florida, while during the winter months they are one hour ahead. Thus, some Patters will not show time changes being made...
