If you are flying into LAX:

Los Angeles Airport Marriott, 5855 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045, gets 4.2 stars on G..... map search. (I don't have recent experience in LAX area)

I have stayed at the Best Western Plus which has a shuttle to the port. If you are using Marriott points I believe the closest one will be near LAX. The airport is about 45 minutes from the port.

I've stayed at the Marriott in Torrance, which is about 8 miles away from the port. I think there is a Courtyard by Marriott about 7 miles away from the port.
