We were on Explorer and there were milkshakes on the kids menu in the MD (can only remember Oreo right now). My husband had the ultimate package and ordered them nightly. They were covered in the package.

No service fee if you don't sit down for food. You just pay for the shake

 

We always sit down in a booth and have our BOGO milkshakes. We just tell them up front we are only having shakes. DH likes two since they are small and I only drink one so we each order two with our BOGOs and give the fourth one to a nearby child (only after asking the parents of course before offering).

Yes...We use our BOGO coupon . Just walk up to counter and order it. :)
