Martha Brae trip with small child

Hi everyone! We will be in Falmouth (cruising on the Oosterdam) in November and are considering a trip on the Martha Brae. There are three of us in our party— my husband, our four year old, and myself. The Holland America excursion brochure states the rafts are built for two, but my question is, since our son is only four, would all three of us be allowed to ride together? I know oftentimes exceptions are made for small children. Anyone have experience with this?

Thank you!
