Shore excursion cancellation fee

I noticed that cancellations for shore excursions are subject to a fee. I was wondering how much the fee is? I have tried to call NCL but have been on hold forever.:rolleyes:

Not all of the shore excursion have a cancellation fee. Normally if you turn in the excursion tickets 48 hours before reaching the port there are no cancellation fees. There are exceptions to the rule of course.

 

The cancellation fee explanation is in the back of the excursion booklet.
