Barcelon-Sept. 11

I understand that Sept. 11 is a National Holiday in Spain and it will disrupt any touring in Barcelona that day.

 

We are staying at a hotel on LaRambla. With all the demonstrations going on that day, would it be better if we change our hotel to another area away from the center of the city?

 

There will be no Hop on Bus that day and most stores and places of interest will be closed for the day.

 

Any suggestions on what to do that day?
