Equinox Splash Pad

I will be traveling with my family which includes my 2 year old grandaughter. I know she is not allowed in the pool. Is she allowed in the splash pad. Anyone with a young one have any experience with this good or bad. I also read it is covered with chairs often - is this true and does it have certain operating hours?

It's the water feature that has bubblers in it. It would only be covered if someone pulled loungers over it, but I would think the pool butlers would monitor that so it's not blocked. Rules for use are the same as the pool...the child must be toilet trained and not in swim diapers.

The splash area is very cute but they must be potty trained. We saw them going over to those clearly in diapers and asking that they remove them. They were pretty much on most of the day except when they had some entertainment such as the silent disco.
