Livorno to Florence Airport ?

Can anyone tell me if there is any kind of bus or van that runs between the Livorno cruise port and Florence International airport? I realize that its over an hour trip but does anyone know if such a service exists or if not, what other transportation options there are in the cruise port? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

There is a bus from the Pisa airport to the Florence airport: http://www.caronnatour.com/skybusit/

 

You'd need to get from the cruise port to the Pisa airport, by bus or taxi would be easiest. By train is possible as well but that's a three step process (ship to train station, train to Pisa Centrale, People Mover from Pisa Centrale to the airport).
