YorkshireGuy Posted August 3, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 3, 2018 Hi We have just booked Seaview for next year. Never cruised MSC before. We have cruised P&O, Princess and Royal. My question is regards balcony dividers. We are on deck 10 and have a large family group with 4 balcony cabins in a row. Does anybody know if the balcony dividers can be opened? Thanks in advance. macdon9876 Posted August 3, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 3, 2018 Not an answer to your question, but would also like to hear of recent experience on Seaside (sister ship to Seaview) regarding balcony dividers. We sailed on Divina in 2016 (two adjoining cabins) and they had no problem opening the dividers for the entire cruise. This time on Seaside we have three adjoining cabins - hoping to have the dividers open again.
Fostelo Posted August 3, 2018 #3 Share Posted August 3, 2018 Just off seaview and yes they open if you ask room steward but they also don’t lock in place when open so had to jam with a chair [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Forums
h0twired Posted August 3, 2018 #4 Share Posted August 3, 2018 When I was on the Seaview with a bunch of other people, the stewards weren't allowed (apparently) to open the dividers.
