Carnival Cruise - Big 3 Shore Excursion

I was wondering if anyone has taken the Big 3 Shore Excursion. There is kayaking, snorkeling, and then a trip to the dolphin's playground. I have looked at trips that just do the snorkeling and dolphin's playground, but I am worried about time constraints due to the Glory docking at the Navy Pier. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

The non-cruise excursions such as this one have been between $75 - $85 pere person.
