We sail 9/7 and wondering if Gian is still a butler onboard

We sail 9/7 also. Last O ctober same ship,Dawn,and same sail ,Bermuda.Leah was concierge and Jonathan butler.We were pleased with them both.

Bowen Pereira was the concierge July 20-27. I'm unsure of the butler for 9 (we were on 10 and ours was Jane Sartin.)

I too sailed on the July 20-27 cruise and we were in a forward family suite on 12 and Gian was our butler. My friend was in a forward penthouse on 9 and Jonathan was his butler.

 

Bowen was the Concierge, but I heard that Roel will be returning sometime in the near future. (I’ll be back on the Dawn in October and November.)

I think Roel was coming back this week; I hope that's true! I am on the Dawn B2B on the 8/31 and 9/7 cruises, and Roel does such a great job.

We had Jonathan as well August 3 - 10 on deck 10 aft penthouse and he was great. Such a nice guy and very helpful. First time on NCL in a suite and we loved it!
