eastoftheboston Posted September 7, 2018 #29 Share Posted September 7, 2018 I was just on the Allure a month ago, and really appreciate your videos. I also realized I didn't get to explore a lot of the venues. I guess that means I'll have to book another cruise just to make sure I see them all... Thank you again! KnightsFan Posted September 8, 2018 #32 Share Posted September 8, 2018 Thanks. Lots of good features. A little fast but I was looking for public places and found most. If you open up the YouTube video's settings menu you can slow down the video to .5 or .25 speed. You can also increase the speed by 1.25, 1.5 and 2. GUEST71919 Posted September 11, 2018 #37 Share Posted September 11, 2018 Sent from my iPhone using Forums Good one! We will be doing the volunteer “excursion” here; I had looked for one thinking there is no way one would be out there, but it was! We are so excited about it :D Did you happen to run across anyone who did that one? Lynn

Our group was 31 people and we went in 4 vans but I did not interact with others outside our group to ask them. It's very easy to do from the port and I highly recommend Mullet Bay. croaziera Posted September 12, 2018 Author #39 Share Posted September 12, 2018 I have more videos from this cruise to make and I will be posting them starting 2 weeks from today, after my Thailand/Japan vacation. Until then, here is the video of our stop at Labadee.
amsred2 Posted September 12, 2018 #40 Share Posted September 12, 2018 Thanks for your videos! Which beach is this in San Juan and how did you get there. Also, I lived in Japan for four years and LOVED it. Don't forget to get away from the "touristy" areas to really see what it's like. Tourist attractions are mainly westernized. Get on the train any direction and visit some more authentic places (FYI just riding the train is an experience). Hope you have a great trip! bobbie0253 Posted September 25, 2018 #44 Share Posted September 25, 2018 Thanks for posting these! We sail in December. I noticed Schooner Bar didn’t seem to have the same vibe we have always experienced on smaller ships. Also where was everyone??? Lol even the rising tides bar looked empty. We sail in December. I noticed Schooner Bar didn’t seem to have the same vibe we have always experienced on smaller ships. Also where was everyone??? Lol even the rising tides bar looked empty. Schooner Bar was well.........horrible as we were on this cruise. Ordered drinks from the menu and they didn’t know what they were. Then pointed to the menu at the drink and they tried to make them but couldn’t do it. I felt sorry for the help as they were clearly not trained. Overall the drinks on the Allure were the worst I have had on 30 plus cruises. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

melissa723 Posted September 28, 2018 #49 Share Posted September 28, 2018 We were on the same beach as you in Labadee! You actually caught us in a few of your shots. :-) Watching the Oceanaria performers interact with the guests was one of the many highlights of our trip!
