Soda package not showing

Does anyone know if NCL is doing something different with the soda package for 2019. I have multiple cruises booked and none are showing the soda package option.

I have a cruise booked for May 2019, and I have the option to purchase the soda package (it is listed under the "Beverage Packages" under "Explore and Plan")....

My March 2019 cruise doesn't show the WiFi option I chose even though my TA says she can see it but it does show the Shore Excursion credit...Website issues maybe?
