Best Beach in Nassau and Great Stirrup Cay

I am looking for the clearest blue water and white soft sand/beach in either Nassau or Great Stirrup Cay. Which place is better for what I want? Haven't been to either in a very long time. I definitely want to walk on the sand barefoot and go swimming in the cleanest water also. This is on my bucket list for our cruise in November. Thanks!

Keep in mind Great Stirrup Cay is NCL's private island and it's a beach so that it what it is. It's a nice beach day!
