Age for Ziplining

Sorry to ask this here but not getting much answers of the Port site. Has anyone been to Amber Cover lately and done the zip line? I have a 13 year old daughter who would love doing this but someone told me there is a certain age you have to be. Is this true and how old is the age? Thanks for any info!

We were there in December, my 13 and my eight-year-old both did the zip line numerous times throughout the day. I also saw kids younger than mine also on the zip line

No age rules but minimum and maximum weight rules. :cool:

They are serious about the max weight rules and even then, 80 lbs might not be enough. There have been times when my son has been ziplining (not in Amber Cove but other places) and one of the guides had to come rescue his narrow behind because he didn't weigh enough to make it all the way down himself. And he's almost 15. :')
