We received a letter from the office of the President of MSC today that advised us through the mistake of an outside contractor used by MSC that our boarding passes on our Sept 1st on the Seaside cruise had accidently been sent to another passenger on our cruise, it occured on Aug 17. The incident was investigated by MSC and the Miami police. I called MSC today and they said it was just a mistake and not to worry but yet they sent this letter and we are concerned as our passport numbers were on the boarding passes. Also included were form letters on Identity Theft and how to contact credit bureaus if you have concerns on Identity Theft. Anyone else ever had this happen to them?
