M-class dining options that do not require a reservation?

From what I have gathered on these boards, these are your M-Class dining options:

Main dining room Two set seating times.
Specialty restaurant (reservations required)
Casual dining (Reserverations required $2 surcharge pp)
Buffet?
Aqua-Spa - What are the hours
Sushi (live bait as I call it) 6-8pm?
Room service 24 hours can get what is in main dining room all at once if order at dining times.

Am I missing anything?

Also, current M-Class cruisers what are the options you could eat should you choose to eat in the dining room but nothing on the menu is appealing? Steak, chicken? Caesar Salad? I know one cruiser last year's husband only liked iceburg lettuce with Thousand Island dressing and he had that every night.

TIA

Off menu items available every night include:
steak
salmon
chicken
shrimp cocktail
Caesar salad
baked potato

You can ask to see the next nights menu before you leave the dining room and you can request just about anything with 24 hours notice. Your waiter will want to please you!

After an exhaustive day sightseeing in Rome/Florence etc.,if I give up going to first seating at dining room, and not having made a reservation at an alternative restaurant/Oceanview cafe, what are the options besides room service?

You could see if there is any seating available for second seating. We did this once when we couldn't make our first seating. And the maitre'd readily accommodated us.
