Hello Fellow Cruisers!!!

I live in Virginia with my husband Corey (dead sexy firefighter :-) LOL) and we LOVE to cruise! We have been on over 30 cruises, and have no plan on stopping! Our favorite cruise line is Royal Caribbean, (we both LOVE the FlowRider) but we have cruised on most of the major cruise lines, and we always have fun and meet wonderful people!!!

We are sailing next week on the Freedom of the Seas, and are cruising on the Oasis of the Seas in May of 2012.

May have to join you some time in the future! We have been doing lots of all-inclusive trips to Mexico, Dominican Republic and Jamaica. We have done 3 previous cruises and one coming up in January 2012, BUT, we may start doing more. Looks like great value can be had going somewhat off season. I am guessing that May is probably a great month to cruise - great weather and possibly lots fewer children on the ship.

Good morning! My husband and I live in southwest Georgia and have cruised out of all the Florida cruiseports as well as Charleston, SC. We've taken at least one cruise a year for the past 10 years. This year will be a 'banner' year for us with a total of 4 cruises. We leave out of Miami next weekend on the Norwegian Epic on a transatlantic to Barcelona, Spain.

Good morning fellow cruisers. We live in East Tennessee and we enjoy cruising and cruised more after retirement. We sailed round trip to Hawaii, The Western Med, Southern, Eastern, and Western Caribbean, Alaska, and we just booked Galapagos Islands. We try to cruise 2 or 3 times a year. We have two booked for 2013 that will take us to a few Caribbean Islands that we missed.

Greetings fellow southern cruisers :) I am booking soon and have a question. I have narrowed it down to Carnival Breeze or Independence of the Seas. I have been on 5 sailings in the past and ALL have been Royal Caribbean. This next one will be the first with the kids (ages 9 & 16). Carnival looks like it has more to offer the kids, so I am considering booking for the first time with them. Anyone have any input? I prefer RC but I am concerned that there isn't as much for the kids? Thanks:)

FYI: Prices are almost the same, not enough difference to sway a decision one way or another. <!-- / message -->

Hi fellow Southerners. Just found this board on someone else's CC page. I'm looking at cruising Carnival Freedom in December. Haven't sailed on her before. We also have a cruise booked for March on NCL. It will be our first on NCL. But the ports are awesome. We cruise RC and CCL. We use to prefer RC but have had lots of good experiences on CCL too. Since the recession they seem to have more in common. Before that we felt RC was much better. My DH loves, loves, loves to cruise. We have a great time meeting people on CC and have made many great friends. Look forward to meeting some or all of you one day on a ship. I'm a Carolina grad and attended Irmo High School. My DH went to BC for those of you from this area. My parents lived in Hilton which I'm sure Chapin will know. :-)

I'm not sure if this group is still active. The last post was in 2014. But I thought I would try. I'm Kathleen. My husband and I are taking our first cruise in Feb 2016 on Celebrity Reflection. I'm disabled and we have service animals so needless to say I'm more nervous than excited right now. Is anyone cruising on that particular cruise? We live in the Crystal Coast area of NC.
