You have great information to share.

We are staying at Hampton Inn, sailing on Adventure of the Seas the following day. We are looking for great places for lunch, dinner, and breakfast the next morning. We are not fussy eaters, but we also do not want chain restaurants or places that everyone goes to. We would prefer a more authentic experience. We are all pretty adventurous when it comes to our tastebuds, but our wallets are a little more discriminatory. We don't know much about traveling the island, so we hope to not have to travel terribly far from the hotel. Our limit would probaly be 30-45 minutes.

Can you recommend any food and drink places that we might enjoy?

I agree that Mojitos is just great :) So are their drinks, and it made a believer out of me :) - Try the mashed bananna appitiers too - good.
