Time for Forts and Rainforest

I'm afraid not unless you rush it all. You'll need at least 1hr. each way to get to the rain forest and maybe 2 hrs. there. That alone takes at least 4 hrs of your time. The forts close at 6pm so even if you're the first passenger off the ship, do the rain forest in exactly 4 hours and get back to SJ without a hitch, you'll be back around 5pm which leaves you but 1 hour for ONE of the forts. Unfortunately, you'll have you pick one or the other.

I have to agree.   Even if everything goes perfect, 1 hour is just barely enough for 1 fort, and if you are really interested in exploring it's not sufficient.  And that doesn't even take into account disembarking and finding your guide (you would need a private or shared guide to pull this off).  Alternately you could spend less time in the rainforest but are shortchanging yourself there and you also miss the opportunity for any stops on the way back.
