OK all you Ft. Lauderdalians

Can anyone tell me if liquor stores are open on Sundays in Ft. Lauderdale. Specifically the ones along 17th St. We are there one night pre-cruise and would like to pick up a bottle or two to carry along.

For some reason they can't sell alcohol on Sunday MORNINGS, but they open at noon.

Trent, can you tell me if there is a liquor store within walking distance of the Extended Stay Hotel on 17th St.?

Yes, there are 2 very close... Go a block west to Cordova Road, cross SE 17th Street. There's a Crown Wine & Spirits behind the Chevron station, and a 67 Wine & Spirits just across the street.
