NCL Jade Theme Nights

I will be on the Jade for 7 days on Dec.17th-24th, 2018, and curious what the theme nights are that I hear about. I have read about some other ones on NCL's other ships and wondering if it is all the same. If you could give me a list of what you know, that would be very helpful with my packing. This will be my first NCL cruise. Thank you!

On the Jade the only theme night would be the "White Hot Party", where the majority of people dress in white. There are lots of videos from this on youtube, so I suggest to do a search there if you want more information. In addition they have the "Norwegian Night Out" where it is optional to dress up a little more than other nights - but still far from the "traditional formal nights" that most cruise lines have (unless you are celebrating something special and therefore would like to go "all in"). I would estimate that maybe 50% of the passengers choose to dress up that night, but the majority of them would not be more dressed up than the standard "smart casual". Other than that, not anything special going on during the "Norwegian Night Out" evenings, except that there will be possible to have photos taken together with the captain on that particular evening.
