21 Day Southeast Asia

I am getting ready to go on a 21 Day SE Asia cruise next month. I just wanted to see if there were any recommendations for the itenirary. Would love to hear of any of the excursions that were above and beyond, or if the best bet is to go into town and hangout there all day.
