Cozumel Pier

My family is cruising for the holidays this year.  My mom is able to walk, but has trouble walking long distances.  We'll be on Royal Caribbean so it's the International Pier.  Is there a shuttle to and from the ship to the end of the pier?  She'll have a walker with her but not a wheelchair.  We're trying to work it out so it's as easy as possible for her to join us at Mr Sanchos!  Thanks in advance.

I didn't see any pedicabs last Thursday. It is a long walk. I did see one port employee with a wheelchair. My mom was too embarrassed to use it but should have. Probably just tip the worker. You could ask at guest services about making sure a wheelchair will be there.
