In December I picked up a pretty comprehensive directory of businesses in Grand Cayman and the rest of the Caymans. There were available for free on several tables around the tender docks.

 

Almost 400 pages with tons of info.

 

Also seem to have all of the info also online (except I'm still looking for the aerial photo of the Georgetown area).

Lots of stuff tourists might not want or need to know, but maybe some will.
