Recent Pride Of America Freestyle Guides?

I'm taking my 3 older sisters (their average age is 52) on their very first cruise this coming March.  I have tried to explain that even though it is a smaller older ship by today's standards, how enormous it will be with more things to do then they will have time to experience.  I was hoping someone had some recent Freestyle Guides from this particular ship so I could share with them the types of daily activities and how each night they will get a chance to decide what they want to do the next day.  If anyone has some pictures they could share, that would be great.
