Refund Taxes Fees and Port Expenses

Onboard Breeze right now. As far as I know, we are going to all ports but $8.62 was refunded to each of us for taxes, fees, and port expenses. Any idea why? Guest services lines are LONG.

Probably a difference in actual versus planned port fees. Happens a lot.

Bingo.  That is the difference between what they collected when you bought your ticket, and the actual expenses.  Enjoy that BIG refund.  LOL

Same happened with us early in Dec, on the Breeze.  I think ours was for Amber Cove.  Btw- we did go to all our scheduled ports.  Our refund was about $6 and change.

Happens to us on almost every cruise we’ve taken, if not every cruise (I can’t recall exactly). Usually pays for at least one drink. 😁
