14 day cruise dining question

It has been a while since our 12 day cruise and I don't remember how many elegant nights we had on that one. We will be on a 14 day next year and I was just wondering how many we will have. I would love it if we just have one a week.

More than five nights = two elegant, according to Carnival website.

Booked our first extended cruise, a 16-day transatlantic, and sure not interested in having to take clothes for even one elegant night, let alone 2 or 3  -- the baggage fees flying to New York, and then flying home from London will be crazy enough as is.  Hoping to get away with just one seriously dressy outfit.
