HardyVA Posted December 29, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2018 Last year we did a St Georges excursion with the cruise ship, eventhough some of you (Charles 4515 as I recall and others) said we didn't need to. We are going to Bermuda again in May and were planning to go to St George ourselves as the tour gave us little time to explore the shops, etc on our own. I'm sure this is doable, but what recommendations does anyone have to help make this enjoyable? Is there a walking map available? I was unable to find the thread from last year that gave some advice and recommendations? Thanks again.

My suggestion would be to go to the Visitor Information Center located on the town square. They can give you a map and draw a suggested path on the map marking highlights. That is what I did my first visit to St. George’s. There are also guided walking tours from the Visitor Information Center which they were charging $12 for last time I was there.
