Are there tours that are offered just off the ship? We have gotten some really good tours by just picking a tour guide as we get off the ship, but I didn't know if there were any at this port? Thank you.

Hop a cab to arashi beach and find the seabob rental shop.  Ask for david.  Rent his 2019 polaris 4 seater utv and go explore.  He will give you a map.  Best day we've ever had in aruba.  We were there last week.

Do you know of a way to reach him before hand -  to make a reservation or something?

 

What was the pricing for the rental?

Yes, I spoke to him through FB Messenger from the ship and he responded instantly!

We paid $280 for 4 hours but he said he's not a clock watcher so if you're late, no biggie lol.
