gy1977 Posted January 10, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 10, 2019 First-time cruisers here. Super excited about my upcoming trip on the Norwegian Bliss in two weeks. Just a quick question. I think I heard someone mentioning that there will be discount offered (20% off or something) for excursions booked on first day of the cruise. Is that the case with Norwegian? I have picked the excursions from NCL but not sure if I should book them online now or wait till I get on the ship for the discount. Please help, thanks! islesdave Posted January 11, 2019 #3 Share Posted January 11, 2019 I have never heard of there being a discount for booking on the first day. Certain excursions, like the Rebel Yell to Jost Van Dyke, sell out quickly (and might already be sold out for your sailing). In the Caribbean, many other options available to book excursions with that are much less expensive than booking through NCL, of course, if you took the shore excursion credit as a perk, those must be booked through NCL and you receive the credit after you take the excursion.
