Last year, the parking fee for a week was $150 cash (still no credit cards!)

 

Has that fee gone up, and/or did they start accepting credit cards?

Hi,

The website states $25 per day overnight. We are having a shuttle van take us in. Found it to be a lot cheaper. I don't know if this is an option for you.

There is a great hotel right near the pier (2 blks) - the Skyline at 49th & 10th, they have a parking garage attached (separately run) that has very good prices, though I haven't used them for a week.
