Special needs at sea

Does anyone know if Special needs at sea is back working with Carnival and delivering special equipment to their ships?  We need a Hoyer lift in May.  Thanks

We just booked a handicap cabin and they booked it through the special needs department at Carnival.  When they sent us the form to tell them what equipment we are bringing, they only show scootaround as an authorized rental place.
