Luggage storage

Hi,

We will be arriving in San Juan after a cruise on the Adventure of the Seas. Our flight does not leave until 3:30. Does anyone know of a place to store luggage? We will be traveling home on Spirit Airlines, so it is doubtful that they have check-in at the pier. Thanks for the help.

  • 2 weeks later...

we just returned from the serenade 1/21 sailing. when we got back, our flight didnt' leave until 2:45 pm. after we went through customs, we found a bus waiting that would take us on a tour of old san juan for $20 each and that would hold our luggage while we were sighseeing. there are lots of those waiting (hold about 20 people) if you want to go that route.

We just returned from the Golden and stored our luggage across the street from pier #4 at Audio Guia. No taxi needed. We bungie corded our luggage and pulled it across the street.

It was very easy. Our flight left a 6:15 p.m. - we did some last minute shopping, photos, and got a snack at Senior Frogs (just a block away from audio guia) and hung out for a little while. When we were ready to go to the airport we walked back the block, got our luggage and they called us a cab ( was there in seconds). Much easier than Barrachina's if you are leaving from the Old San Juan Piers. Barrachina's would require you to pull your luggage to the back of the restaurant, stores, etc. and then pull it back out and then to end of the block and around the corner to where you could hail a cab.

Barrachina's luggage cost is free - but a tip is expected.

Audioguia - They charged us $8.00 USD - for the service. We thought it was well worth it for the convenience. It depends on how much luggage you have.

It might be different if you're using the Pan Am Pier.

I recommend this service.

Kaye
