Rare lupaglupa Posted January 28, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 28, 2019 Can a customer in the U.S. use the Norwegian Hurtigruten website to book shorter ferry routes (havn til havn), for example, one way from Bergen to Ålesund or round trip from Trondheim to Bodø? We would like to take Hurtigruten on one part of our trip while taking NSB for other legs.
grayjay Posted February 5, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 5, 2019 Yes , you can, by either trying online on the Norwegian site or calling their Norwegian office because quite often you are asked to do that if the ships/ dates your are interested in are already quite fully booked. Daniel Skjeldam Posted February 8, 2019 #3 Share Posted February 8, 2019 @lupaglupa, why book a train when you can sail with Hurtigruten during your whole experience in Norway! We’d highly recommend our roundtrip Bergen to Bergen voyage for the full experience along the Norwegian coast or perhaps traveling northbound from Bergen to Kirkenes or southbound from Kirkenes to Bergen to see some amazing wildlife and fjords. If you're determined to join a shorter portion, @grayjay has it right, our Norwegian office will be your best bet.
