Probably not.  They have their own bar on the bayfront already.

Its part of the British Colonial Hilton.  It was originally built as a prop for a James Bond Movie (I think  it was never say never again).   The bar was destroyed in a hurricane.  The new owners are resurrecting the small bar at the end of the pier.
